Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Your Gift Card can only be exchanged for any class, class package(s) or private sessions with Arlene Ryan Pilates. Please note that we cannot accept any Gift Card as full or partial payment in respect of the Teacher Training Programme which we offer.
Your Gift Card can be used as full or partial payment for any class, class package or private session. Any remaining balance can be left on the card and spent on future purchases.
Your Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or any refund by way of Electronic Funds Transfer.
Your Gift Card will be valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
All classes and private sessions are subject to availability.
Arlene Ryan Pilates will not be held liable for Gift Cards which have been lost or stolen.
If you wish to amend the name on your Gift Card, please send us a request via email. We will not charge a fee for doing so, however we will require adequate notice of 5 working days from the date of your request prior to the Gift Card being exchanged in respect of any booking so that we may amend our records accordingly.
There is no limit on how many Gift Cards you may exchange at any one time.
You are entitled to a fourteen day cooling off period from the date that any Gift Card is purchased.
