Mat Pilates gives you the benefits of gaining flexibility and balance while improving your posture and mobility.
With low impact exercises it will focus on strengthening your core for full body conditioning leading to long lean muscles.
Once you have attended beginners classes and you are comfortable with a pilates class and it's basic moves you can progress to intermediate, your instructor will advise you when you can move up a level.
